Shipping
For orchid purchases, we offer discounted shipping via USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the US. Shipping
cost for the first item is $8.50, the second is $4 and all additional items are $2.
All purchases ship immediately
after payment is received according to the following schedule:
Orchids and tropicals ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, to assure your plants never
sit in a post office over a weekend.
All other items ship the next business day after payment is received.

an order over the phone. Checks and money orders are accepted only for phone
orders. Our Guarantee
We guarantee customer satisfaction upon receipt. Period. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any
way, contact us and we will work it out with you, up to and including a full refund.
